Chris has over twelve years of experience in representing energy and mining clients in connection with their litigation, transactional, and every day contract and legal needs. Chris's primary experience is in litigation, alternative dispute resolution and client counseling under the federal environmental programs and their state and common law counterparts, including CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act. Chris also handles surface use agreements, supplier contracts, litigation of commercial disputes, royalty issues, environmental due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions, and the myriad other legal issues that arise in the life of an energy or mining company.
